Elements didn't start as a business plan. It started as a belief.
Nina came to Phu Quoc with a background shaped across Switzerland, Hong Kong and the United States, trained in global hospitality, and drawn to something more personal than what most of it offered.
Managing her first villas on the island, she noticed that guests didn’t just want a beautiful place. They wanted to feel expected, the airport pickup already arranged, the house at the right temperature, someone who answers within minutes and means it. So that became the company.
The name comes from something simple: the natural world, water, earth, fire, air, and the fifth, the one you can’t point at , is the most honest source of beauty there is. Phu Quoc supplies the raw material. The sea that catches the last light of every day. The hills that hold the afternoon’s heat. Each house in the collection was chosen to express a facet of that, not as décor, but as feeling.
We are not a large company. We don’t want to be. Six houses, growing slowly and deliberately, each one run the way you’d run a home you’re proud of.
