About Elements
We believe a holiday should feel like more than a place to sleep.
Elements began with a simple wish: to host guests the way we would host our own family.
Nina came to Phu Quoc with a background shaped across Switzerland, Hong Kong and the United States, trained in global hospitality, and drawn to something more personal than what most of it offered.
Managing her first villas on the island, she noticed that guests didn’t just want a beautiful place. They wanted to feel expected, the airport pickup already arranged, the house at the right temperature, someone who answers within minutes and means it. So that became the company.
The name comes from something simple. The natural world, water, earth, fire and air, is where we find the most honest beauty. Phu Quoc gives us the raw material. The sea that catches the last light of every day. The hills that hold the afternoon’s heat. Each house was chosen to express one of those elements, not as decoration, but as a feeling.
We are not a large company, and we do not want to be. We grow slowly and carefully, and every house is run the way you would run a home you are proud of.
The houses
Every house has its own character.
You are not choosing from a catalogue. Each house has its own personality, and its name carries it.

Kyoshi
The garden hideaway
small and charming, steps from the market, quiet behind its green
Azula
The playful one
kids' tents and four-poster beds, two minutes from the sunset beach
Elements Apartments

The stories behind the names are Nina’s to tell. Ask her over a welcome drink.
The standard
What every stay includes. Every house, every guest.
01
Airport pickup, on us
Send your flight number, someone is waiting at PQC with your name. Standard on every booking, not an upgrade.
02
A welcome setup prepared for you
Cold drinks and island fruit waiting, the house cool and ready. In the Sailing Bay villas the minibar and snacks are stocked too, free.
03
Nina's island guide
Her own Welcome Guide, the beaches, restaurants and sunset spots she actually goes to, so you can explore like a local.
04
A direct line, first message to check-out
WhatsApp goes to Nina, not a call centre. Airport transfers, BBQ evenings, day trips, a table for tonight, ask.
